Wow! I have now lost 30.8 pounds from my highest weight (ever) of 298 pounds. That is fantastic! :) I intend on seeing the number of pounds lost grow bigger rather than my weight.
I did go off plan this week for Thanksgiving, but I still managed to lose 2.6 pounds. That right there is awesome!
I am pumped! =D
