day 542...GOOOOOOOD FRIDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...didnt want to get outta bed this morning...wanted to stay in bed an sleep couple more hours at least...but here i am up an gettin in the mood to head to the gym once again...another day...another sweaty workout comin ....gotta work off all my mistakes yesterday....didnt have that many really...but ready to get refocused once again an keep on workin the weight off...i did get on the scales yesterday after my morning workout...weight is still up, but the inches is what counts...an the heck with what the scales say...and i kno for as wet as my tshirts are when i come home from the gym, the scales isnt tellin the whole story...so just gonna keep focused and workin out in the gym like a deranged person determined on gettin the weight off...well...gotta get this butt up an movin..so i can head to the gym an sweat, sweat, and sweat some more...have a great day everyone!!!!

addon: went to gym decided today the days i can im gonna kick up the workouts...today did the bike for 30 min, then did the elliptical for 30, then bck to the bike for 30, then bck to the elliptical for 10...good way to start the day...have several things i want to get done today..temp is suppose to be in the 50s, so plannin on rakin leaves one last time so that when neighbor decides to go over the yard one last time mine will be done...and if friend calls this afternoon then going to his house to help him split some wood...another busy day, makes the day go by quick and...makes me sleep great at nite to...lol...not that i have a problm with that...lol
