~~~~ GOOOD THANKSGIVING MORNING EVERYONE !!! ~~~~ day 541...and im feelin alot better today..guess i had a 24 hour bug of some kind...not really that bad of one, definately got 24 hours of rest from it...and now im gettin ready to head to the gym for a morning workout...yeah i kno its thanksgiving, but since ive took a day off this week im tryin to make up for it..and get bck into my routine...had some turkey, dressing and a couple of cookies for supper last night along with a salad...mom tried a new reciepe for the cookies...you take 2 ritz crackers..put peanut butter between them an dip them in chocolate...i think she bout some almond chocloate squares to heat up for the chocolate..an then made up several crackers with peanut butter between then an dipped em...tasted like reeces peanut butter cups to me...lol...was mmmm good ..an somethin different...yes more calories to work off..but o well...better those then something with more calories...lol...besides its not like an everyday treat...so...heres to hopin everyone is having a great day !!!!..and if you have somethin you usually dont have..dont beat yourslf up over it...as everyone has improved so much since your first day on fatsecret and the way you use to eat...enjoy what your eating...an just remember its ok to have somethin you enjoy occasionally, long as you dont make a habit of it!!!

addon ...went to the gym an did an hour on the bike..had to break it down to a 40 min and a 20 min to get it all in...but feel great once again...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
