gooooooood mornin everyone...just a quick journal this morning..headed outta town again today...wakin up to 32 and heavy fog...weight is up but im sure its just from eating cause i was tired yesterday after raking for 3 hours an the 4 loads of mulched leaves we dumped in front yard so city could come an pick them up...took us 3 hours to get them up..but yards do look nice ....did 3o minutes of situp yesterday morning an leg lifts...different workout even if it wasnt for very long...gonna skip exercise again today...got 3 hours to get ready an head out...gonna take lunch an snacks with me...cut down on the temptations as much as i can...tomow is a new day and back into a regular routine once again....have a great day...catch you again tomow...
