My experiment with adding more protein has resulted in a slight weight increase cause it caused a slight increase in calories also. Not sure if I want to stay here or reassess. Maybe my new goal weight should just be healthy, strong, and happy!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
