day 534...GOOOOOOD THURSDAY MORNING EVERYONE!!!!...wasnt able to write a journal yesterday, was to busy...so tryin to get it done this morning before heading to the gym to ride that bike..lol...went to wally world yesterday for 3 hours walkin around gettin xmas ideas from everyone on santas list....no cobra and twin, you didnt make the list...hahahahha...came home an ate supper, was watching the 5 oclock news fell asleep watching it...woke up at 630...guess i was tired..lol...got ready for bed...an just called it a nite...slept 9 hours last night...dint even make any potty walks....woke up this morning an ready to push that bike once again...lol....im thinkin mabye riding bike might be a different workout for me then elliptical...on a list at the gym, it says the bike is the best bet for your money....so might try riding it for awhile an get a differnt workout...my left knee did hurt yesterday, but might of been cause i was on it so much at wally world and i was tired to...once i came home an got off it an covered up, today its fine...and ready for another workout...warmer this morning...34...with wind chill 28...lol...i kno it was a breazy one yesterday on walmarts open lot...brrrr....but when i came out seemd warmer...o well...need to get up an moving...got a few things to do before time to head to the gym...one thing about fallin asleep last night...didnt eat nothin after supper...lol....catch you all later!!!!!....have a great day!!!

just got home from the gym...did 20 min on stationary bike with moving arms...5 miles...then got on recumbant bike...did my hour on it..10 miles..and today seemed easier then yesterday...guess that means adding more resistance tomow...gotta keep challenging my body...

Oh, well. It won't be the first time I got crossed off Santa's list! It's hard to be good all year! :) Great job - as always - with the exercise! Glad you got some good rest last night.
