Fell off the wagon for a short while. Have not been tracking; exercised only twice in the last week. I have not been eating too badly, but just not recording what I've been eating. AND I've avoided the scale just because it is so discouraging when I'm tracking well, eating well, exercising regularly and my weight goes up and down the same 1 or so pounds! I will weigh in tonight since it's been awhile.
I won't....can't...give up!!!!
