slowly it comes off. I have added a lot of muscle and my clothes are way to big so the lack of loss of pounds on the scale are fine for now. The fat will be the next to go. Ya me!
327.0 lb Lost so far: 108.0 lb.    Still to go: 127.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have done amazing. Your right Ya you. Loose clothes are just as good as numbers on the scale for me. Just keep it up and that darn fat will eventually leave. Have a great week.

Just think of all those lovely toned muscles that will be revealed once that fat melts off!!!!! Keep it up and do not despair, you have come so far already!
