goooooooood sunday morning...weight is up a tad...just means not enough water yesterday...an today will be a floating in water day...lol...even though it will all come out of a water bottle...be lots of trips to the potty room...but all worth it...ate great...just not enough water to flush out the good eating...itssss....brrrr.....outside this morning...35...so...just means dressing warm so i can get on that bike to no where...an peddle away for 30 min...by the time i get off...il forget it was cold out...lol...i wish...i did wear a pair of 42 pants yesterday all day...an just smiled to myslf for all the hard work it took to get into them...hopin to keep more active this year so i dont hybernate like a bear and gain ...hopin next year to be into 40s...and then even lower...little by little...and stayin on track and even though the scales dont always tell the whole story....inches are just as important as the scales...my weight doesnt show as much now as i notice im toning up more an more...i can see a difference in the mirror and the way my clothes are fitting better...good thing i started shoppin around for used clothes in smaller sizes to keep me motivated and i can try them on from time to time to see how close i am to getting into the...i have several sizes smaller then 40s even..just to keep me thinkin ahead an where i want to finally one day be...be nice if i was already to that point, but if i was then i might also be in the process of gaining it back again to...goes on so easy...no wonder when you lose it and gain it back it goes on so quick...like chattycathy i went thru my buddy list the other day and took out members that i no longer heard from...its not about whether they comment on my journal...its about them just giving up on them selves and me carrying them in a buddy list as far back as 2007...and wondering why they gave up on themseves....after getting so far in their journey...o well...you have to be ready for the ups and the downs of getting the weight off an keeping it off...have a great day everyone...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...WALK...WALK..WALK..PUSH THE WALKS...KEEP INCREASING THE DISTANCE...!!!!!
4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE
6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

That's pretty neat buying different pants in different sizes. Great idea trying them on and seeing how close you are to fitting into them. That is definitely great motivation. I didn't do that but little by little as my body changed I would try on something of my daughters. lol It was like having a whole second closet. Where did you get your High Intensitiy Work outs? Are they interval training? I hope you have a good bike ride and an even better Sunday!

the hi intensity workouts i do...are like this...say im on the bike to no where..an riding...for four minute i will just ride an warm my muscles up ...then at the end of the four minutes i will peddle as fast as i can for one minute...then back to a 4 min ride..then back to a one minute ride as fast as my legs can turn...im sure you can find workouts on internet...just type in free hi intensity workouts...an see what you find...the mp3 site i sent u...is music for walking to..but i use it when i peddle my bike to no where...

its good to look into different exercises...keeps your body from getting use to the same ole routine...and makes stayin on this journey more interesting as well...lol
