Buckled mid-afternoon and had jelly and sesame snaps (as well as planned mid-afternoon snack, ahem) so nothing more for dinner tonight than a chicken breast and a measly handful of sweetcorn...

Remember to be kind to yourself! (By which I mean, use kind words to yourself. Many of us have learned over the years to equate "kindness" with "indulging in food", and that's not what I mean! :-) )

Indeed. I haven't had jelly for about 20 years and sesame snaps for about 2 years. Cutting back on dinner, though, is more about being cruel to be kind!
