day 523...GOOOOD SUNDAY MORNING EVERYONE !!!!!....was an enjoyable day out an about yesterday...sure was cold with the wind chill all day...cold out like that just wears me out...37 here right now, with wind chill 31...so another breezy day ahead...ran into some old friends yesterday when i was out an around...they commented on how well i looked and asked how much i had lost...i was grinnin from ear to ear...and even unzipped my jacket so they could see all that was gone under a coat...they was impressed...her an her husband both want to get some weight off, an i told em about the site an how supportive it is...so hopefully they will find it an give it a try...felt like a motor mouth tryin to tell them everything i had learned on this journey...so as i said hopin they sign up an get on board with a new journey in life...gettin ready to eat breakfast an then head to the gym for a workout...work off my mistakes from yesterday..an get that burn going again ...wanna get this weight moving again...time to get with the program an make improvements again...well hope everyone is havin a great weekend...if your going out for a walk today in the midwest..layer an dress warm...better to have to much on, then be cold while your walkin...have a great day everyone...catch you all later...

Keep it up - you're doing so well. Isn't it a boost when someone you haven't seen for a while notices how good you're looking. I bet you had a bit grin on your face all day. I'm going to a family gathering in 3 weeks time and I'm hoping to knock 'em dead LOL Its 32 this morning in the Scottish Borders and blowing a gale. Just had a few flakes of snow BRRRRR

thanks everyone for the comments, yes its a really great feeling when someone sees you and are in shock when they see the difference in the way your body looks compared to the way they remember it from the last time they seen you...and how all that hard work you been putttin forth each day an hows its payin off...makes you want to help them work it off, if they want to make the changes to themselves...just got back from my gym workout,, 25 min on elliptical with resistance of 6..did both from an back movement...then rode bike for 20..again a hill program an resistance of 6...now gettin layered up an going for a 30 min walk...keep tht body burning off them calories...lol...

Sounds as if you had a GREAT time with your friends! Your journal entry today gives me MOTIVATION to stay on track and to meet my new goal. We have a FEW relatives coming to our house for Thanksgiving. We have LOTS of relatives coming to our house for Christmas! When people have not seen you in a long time -- they tend to notice and COMMENT on the change! I am so HAPPY FOR YOU! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! Isn't Fat Secret awesome!

Yeah Thanksgiving was /is my first goal date!! And I have met my mid range goal. Currently Stretching for the ceiling goal :) LOOS!!! That is FANTASTIC. I know we cannot do this without intrinsic motivation but that does not stop the extrinsic motivation form feeling so VERY good :)

ive noticed that since i rejoined the gym, i look more forward to gettin my workouts over with then i did say a month or so ago...and by going to the gym, then i dont have to walk as far to get my steps in as i was when i was just walking...so less strain on my knees...seems like this year, my knees bother me more with the colder air movin in more each day...and by doing the bike, or the elliptical, less wear on them...
