I know this diet works. I don't know why I gave up on it in the first place!

WOW! Everybody seems to have lost so much! It sounds crazy, but I have always been afraid to start a diet/plan because I've felt I would not lose a pound. I have hope on this diet! You all are an inspiration! :)
