I was so good through Friday that I thought I'd loose more weight this week. Perhaps the exercise kept me from losing as fast. I didn't diet on the weekend, but it was Fast Sunday, so it was hard to get my calorie intake very high. Plus, Ed went to Australia on Saturday. I just sat around and read books and did Crosswords without him home.
