So! I just recently started my first challenge that I made up and it seems that people are really excited about it. I was expecting a few people to join but not 19!!! How exciting! It feels great to think of something that a lot of people are excited about. I feel really empowered by this! I am doing well on my challenge but mainly because I started a new job that requires me to be on my feet 100% of the time so I have been exhausted on my days off. For an extra workout today I added ankle weights on while I worked. I am excited about that idea. I know I'm just babbling but I feel great about my challenge and my new job and am really excited! Can't wait to see what kind of weight loss i have on Saturday!!
