geeez...how the nites go by so quick as the week moves on...woke to the buzzin of my alarm clock in my ear this morning..hardly ever hear it buzzin...usually awake before it goes off..but i always set it...dont like to sleep thru a walk...but anyways...it woke me up this morning...got up ...ate ...an layered up...45...with a wind chill out of the north ..an wind chill is 40...hit the pavement at 5am...just got home...now that im woke up...lol...gooooooooooood mornin...had to part with 2 pairs of shoes yesterday...they was past using anymore...in fact the one pair the soles were so far gone..that when i took em off yesterday...i had a rock in one..an a nut in the other...yeap...i like to wear em till they are beggin to be throwed away...other pair was my shoes i ran errands in...an cut grass in...sides was comin lose from the soles..guess it was time to break in 2 new pairs...just so hard to let go of shoes that fit so good...hahahha....and are so comfy...but this morning i put on a new pair that i have been slowly workin in for walking...its a pair of running shoes i bout a few weeks back...thinkin mabye they would last longer ...when you walk alot..shoes just dont seem to last long...well they dont for me anyways...usually the outside of the heals are the first to go an then gradually the rest of the shoe takes up the slack....not sure what im gonna do today yet...but sure im gonna keep up an moving...for most of the morning...then usually after lunch i hit my afternoon slump...where i just want to lay down an take a nap...but hardly ever do..less i am just wore out...well....need to get another bottle of water...get this day started out right again...have a great one...

2. WATER...WATER...WATER...THE BIGGER THE PERSON YOU ARE THE MORE YOU NEED THRU THE DAY TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE: WALK,WALK,WALK...KEEP THE BODY UP & MOVING...!!!!!
4. KEEP THE CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
5. WATCH THE SALT INTAKE
6. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
7. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
8. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
