It's really hard to eat enough calories! Can't wait till my matabilizm is re set. I'm doing pretty good on keeping my fat, carb, and protein balanced. I'm getting unbelieveably stronger. In the old days I would spend tons of money of supplements. No more!!! I have been eating really good food.
