Made good choices (so far) today.

Was meeting my sister for lunch today. I had picked Chili's because I know they have diet-friendly meals...and there is one close to my office.

I looked at the menu ahead of time and decided on what I was going to order. Narrowed it down to 2 choices, both under 500 calories, and made my decision at the restaurant between the two. their grilled chicken salad is yummy. It's a huge green salad with corn, black beans, and a lime vinaigrette, topped with a grilled chicken breast. All for 430 calories. Very satisfying, and I'm feeling good about the decision.
