day 513...GOOOOOD THURSDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...YOU TO TWIN!!!...LOL...alot warmer today...34..no wind chill...lol...feelin better today...well so far...gonna do some floor exercises to warm up with an then do a morning walk...then after lunch another walk might do it outside since its suppose to be in the upper 70s today...gonna cut grass one last time either today or tomow give it a burr...so it wont need it again till spring...leaves are startin to fall an wind is blowin em all around...neighbors yard is full of them...so they will be makin ther way over to our yard soon...cant believe its already nov an almost xmas again...seems like this year just wizzed by...hope winter goes that fast...lol...wally world is one of the stops today...gotta see whats new ther...gotta pick wise choices an not as many sweets...lol...well need to get up an movin...want to get my floor exercises over with, before i go walkin at 6am...hope you all are doing great...keep that body active...have another great day!!!...catch you all later...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

just got home from a morning walk, when i got within a block or so of the house i thougth, im not to tired..il just go ahead an add more on this morning..so added another 20 minutes on...ended up doing 4 miles this morning..did floor exercises before my walk...after lunch then gonna get my afternoon walk in...start building my walkin steps bck up once again...

Thank you for the compliment over on my journal today. A student took my picture TODAY so the image is current. You are so disciplined with your exercise and you SEEM to enjoy it. I enjoyed my walk today. The sunshine and the rustling leaves were like something out of a movie! Well -- they were -- so there! Love ya more than peanut clusters - Buster!

my total steps today was 11990....4.5 miles...so my steps are starting to get bck up there once again...
