Amazing how just a couple of weeks eating light will do.
And how your body can react when you decide to throw caution to the wind & eat/ drink whatever you want just one day.
BLEH.
Didn't eat hardly anything yesterday until we go to the restaurant where I had 2 glasses of wine, bread, appetizer, salad & an entree. And my body was seriously grumpy at me for doing so.
OK body.....You win. At least for a few days lol
