Woke at 201 #, another Very hot Day, I was so busy did not get to bed till after 1:00 Am,I have been sweating like crazy as working in a non air condition garage fixing a motorcycle for my brother and also IF, went with one meal a day lately, my wife offered me her uncooked vegetarian food, but I have to pass, she did make a smoothie, but I just can't do them must be a Texture thing, Hope all is well !!! And I'm DO N OK !!!
