It's amazing that I can eat so much and not gain a pound. My adrenals love me now. No fatigue! No supplements! Just food and drinking my Kangen Water, at least my body weight in oz. I will increaseing my calories trying to keep my good fat, carbs, and protein equal to reset my matabilizm. Wish me good luck!
