day 509...GOOOOOD SUNDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...wakin up to cooooool 48 outside this morning...thinkin of getting layered up an going for a morning walk...just do a short 15-20 min walk..just a warm up walk...i was reading on a site yesterday about drinkin water and why you need to drink so much..
1...its better for you then soda
2...it flushes out the toxins in your body
3...the less you drink, the more your body holds on to the water you have in it, thinkin its gonna need it to help you survive...
4...distilled water isnt as good for you as tap water...all the minerals have been removed...
5..the more weight you carry, the more water per day you need to drink...
say a 200 pound person needs to drink 12-15 ..8 oz of water per day to flush their body out..
6...by drinkin the water you should be drinking, then not only does it flush the toxins out, but the drinkin more water fools your body into lettin more water leave your body an you retain less of it...not sure how to explain this...only kno what i read..an how it was important to drink enough of it...

anyways i need to get up an eat breakfast...and do a few things before i get a short walk in...then bck home an do some floor exercises...suppose to get down to freezin tonight...guess that means winter is gettin closer an closer, whether we want it to or not...o well...cant do nothin about the weather...have a great sunday...catch you all later...

addon...did a 22 min walk..just enough to see how my knee muscles could handle it...so far so good..then did a floor routine to stetch an do ab crunches both front an side...pushups, planks, leg lifts..just whatever i feel like doing to get som kind of a workout in...

Excellent information., Loos, thanks for the reminder. I did not know that the heavier you are the more you need to drink, that explains why I easily dehydrate all of these years even though I drink MUCH more than those around me ;)
