I fluctuating from 160-162
160.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When I stall, I up my RDI to 1300-1350 for two days then drop back. And be sure you are drinking plenty of water.
