My goal is no longer weight loss but trying to reduce sodium intake and increase fiber, fruits, and vegetables. I've had a pretty good week as I've been able to increase calorie intake slightly and still keep sodium levels between 1500 and 2000 milligrams per day. Getting 3 to 5 fruits per day, 8 to 10 vegetables, and fiber with every meal. It helps that my wife is Asian and prefers stir fry so I can get a minimum of 4 vegetables with both lunch and dinner.
