gooooooood morning...just wakin up...much cooler temps this morning the difference a day makes...76 yesterday morning this time...57 this morning an a wind chill...no morning walk, instead just gonna layer up and go out an ride the bike to no where...wind is still blowing some and bike is outta the wind so decided just to do that today...muscles in my arms are still sore from rakin leaves monday for 3 hours...an after yesterday mornings storm going thru alotta leaves got knocked down, but nothing like it was when i raked them up...my neighbor was happy to see i did his yard when he finally got home yesterday...well...guess i need to get up an movin...get my workout over with...then later this morning headed outta town..which means a buffet at lunch...gonna eat before i go so everthing doesnt look good...well catch you all another time...have a greatttttttt one...

Have a great rest of your week Mike...make good choices at lunch today...often the buffets have lots of salad and veggie dishes...Think about how close u are to the *blue line* and where you still want to go...that'll help with your choices...! Be back on Monday...Be good to yourself...huggggies
