I "tweaked" my lower back yesterday... won't be able to work out today... sigh... i surely hope i can get through this incident quickly! :(

Heather... not sure what i did to it, but i "tweak" it about once every year or so... it generally goes away when i take muscle relaxers... good thing i have some from the last time i "tweaked" it... sigh...
