Decided to give up caffeine. I've read all the links that BT gave and as I'm diabetic thought I'd give it a try. Sounds like common sense but nobody has ever mentioned it before. Hotfooted it down to our local wholefoods shop (only small, not much stock and didn't hold out much hope) and discovered that they have 3 different brands. Bought one and tried it and its quite good and reasonably priced - I can live with it. I don't drink tea or any sort, never have done since I was a child and don't even like the smell. I find hot drinks difficult and didn't think I could possibly do without my coffee fix first thing in the morning. Happy chick here.
