day 500...GOOOD FRIDAY MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...woke up at 3am an shut off the alarm...decided today would be a good day to rest up...i cut trimmed shrubs yesterday afternoon...an payin for it today...my left hand is swollen around my knuckles, have been puttin frozen bag of peas on it to take the swellin down...i already been on the scales this morning and im happy to report that wiggling my nose does help the scales go down...lol...so melody...guess you gonna have to work at it after all...lol..as for doing the weights and working different parts i was doing that, 3 days a week, but i was doing 2 workouts each day in the morning i would do less weight, and in the afternoon i would add alittle extra to make it harder...instead i should probably have been doing lighter weights with more reps...but i was doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps...an then going onto the next exercise...but this is how i look at it...it was a change in exercise and a shock to my body an now im ready to move on again...for a few weeks/months an when i get to a place that im not showin a loss for a long period of time...i can lift weights again, and shock my body once again...to me its all about keepin that body guessing as to whats in store for it...HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY!!!!!

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

645 kcal Fat: 10.54g | Prot: 85.89g | Carb: 50.84g.   Breakfast: banana, chicken breast, cheerios, water. Lunch: 100% Whole Wheat Bread, turkey breast lunch meat, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), wylwood mixed veggies -- no salt added. Dinner: 1/2 kraft mayo, 1/2 water, Chunk Light Tuna in Water (50% Less Sodium), one of my home grown tomato, water, lettuce. Snacks/Other: turkey breast lunch meat, frozen grapes...mmmm good, Gela Delight gelatin dessert(jello). more...

Awe... man that sux about the hand being all swollen and hurt. I agree w/the bag of peas, great idea! Try taking a bit of an anti-inflammatory to facilitate the healing, too, maybe? I think a good day of rest is definitely in order, too. You're doing so great! I get inspired coming here to check out how awesome you are! Thanks, Mikey! :) Have a great day!

Enjoy some rest today, twin. And take care of that willen paw! :) Good thing you don't walk on your hands! Can't wait to see what your idea of "resting up" is! Probably twice as much activity as most of us!

so far today the most i have done is catch up on cookin up the foods i prep thru the week to make it easier to stay on track...yes i actually took it off so far...lol

You are an old pro at this scene aren't you! I keep wondering how I will do through the autumn and winter months. Those are my DANGER ZONES! Being active is simple during the sunshine and warm weather. We Midwesterners will have to work together to keep each other motivated during the December and January ICE STORMS -- huh Mr. Fun! We have had a pretty good week!

walking thru the winter time is just as easy as any other time, just gotta layer up more to keep warm...when its in the 20s, and lower...i usually have 2 pairs of sweat pants on, thirt, short sleeve sweatshirt, then 2 hooded jackets...sometimes a ski mask, dependin on how cold it is...anthing below 32 i have it on...good pair of winter gloves...and im nice an warm...in fact usually when i get bck from my morning walk, im sweating cause im so warm...but id rather be to warm, then cold an uncomfy on my walks...last year thru the winter im guessin i only missed 10-15 days of walking when i was walking 5 days a week...so see its all about how bad you want to stay on track....and yes i was the only one that i seen out walking...lol...
