DAY 497...GOOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!.....really expected to be wakin up to rain this morning as bad as my left knee was throbin at 2am...but doesnt look like its been rainin yet...today is a day off from weights...yesterday afternoon spent time out in the shop redoing my weight routine, tryin to make a morning workout that was using differnt muscles then the afternoon workout, writing it all down in a notepad along with how many and the starting out weights...easier to keep track of that way an easier to track improvements...as for gettin enough sleep, 8 hours goes by way to quick anymore and its so hard to get up when its time...not sure whats going on ther...when i lay down im wore out and when its time to get up...i dont want to...and i even fell asleep again last night watchin the 5pm news...woke up about 530 just to see it go off...was nice to see the stock market bck up yesterday...hoping it makes up for all its lost....well need to get up an movin once again...just seems like the days go by so quick anymore that some days i just want to walk away and enjoy a nice easy do nothing day..but anymore it just seems hard to do that...to many things going on ...o well hope your all doing great!!!!!....catch you all later today!!!! and ohhhhh yeah!!!... MelodyTX...i have bad news for you...good news for me...bad news for you...that upswing on my chart is headed bck down again....like i said...nothins easy!!!!...lol..... well need to get up an movin so i can eat breakfast and head out for my morning walk....later!!!

addon...just got bck from a morning walk..10063 steps so far today...an im sure there will be more steps as the day goes along...seemed like it took longer to walk it today, but its been awhile since i walked that route...

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF !!!!!
2. YOU ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING YOU SET YOUR MIND TO !!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE !!!!!
4. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT HELPS YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER !!!!!
5. I AM FIRST !!!!!
6. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP AND GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
7. DRINK 16 oz OF WATER SOON AS YOU GET OUTTA BED !!!!
8. EAT YOUR HIGHEST AMOUNT OF CALORIES AT BREAKFAST !!!!!
9. AT LUNCH FEWER CALORIES !!!!!
10. AT SUPPER EVEN LESS CALORIES !!!
11. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
12. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
13. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

14. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!

i kno still dark here...and would be so easy just to walk by the bed an crawl bck in it!!! ...for a another hour or so...lol

thats what happened yesterday morning..got dressed an ready to workout ...got to bck door of house...and i heard the bed callin my name..went bck to bed for 45 min...got up an started my day alittle bit later yesterday...felt like i was runnin behind all day...lol

Glad I'm not the only one having a problem with mornings. I'm 5 weeks in to my work out routine and decided this week to get up early and do an extra cardio work out. It didn't happen yesterday and it didn't happen today. I guess there's always tomorrow.
