Keeping my calories down has been pretty easy for me lately. But i'm starting to wonder, if i'm eating 1200-1300 calories at 140 lbs, how low will my calories have to go for me to keep losing at 130 lbs? Maybe i should try and bring my calories up?
I think i may try that for a week, keep my calories between 1400-1500 and see what happens.

Its going to be a busy weekend for me! I'm volunteering at the air show tomorrow, then Saturday i'm going to Austin with a girlfriend of mine for a Halloween party at our friends house. Hubs doesnt know the family well and didnt really wanna go, so he gave me the go ahead to have a 'girls night'. I'm really excited! I dont get girls nights very often. I think this will be my husbands first time to have our son alone over night! They needs some good one on one time, with him in school and work full time, it doesnt leave much time for father son bonding, ya know?

So, Saturday we're leaving at 2 and stopping at a resturaunt on the way up to Austin called Rainsin Cane (or something like that), apparently they have the worlds best chicken strips. That is the only thing they serve actually... I had a momentary panic when i was told that was where we are eating, but i quickly recovered. I realize that i am completely in control of my eating now. Having fried chicken doesnt have to scare me. I dont have to scarf down 5 of them smothered in gravy. I dont have to stuff myself. I am in control, i got this ;0)
And being that it is a halloween party... there will be drinking, so i'm sure that will completely overload my calories, but after last weekend, i'm hoping to just stick to wine. I dont need another hangover from hell!

Anyways, i'll be super busy tomorrow so i probably wont weigh in tomorrow, but thats okay. I'm trying to concentrate less on the #. My waist measured at 29" this morning :) Which is down a half inch from my least measurements. yay!
