gooooooood mornin...had decided yesterday to take a day off..im feeling better from the bug that i had yesterday, but knee feels puffy an decided even though i could walk on it...to take the day off...so il detox today and mabye get on floor an do crunches just to get a different workout in...got 13,000 in steps yesterday but payin for it today...guess them days of doing 10,000 before 8am...are just gonna have to quit....and start splitting them up into 2 walks...well...slept in today since i knew there was no rush to get up an moving today...now its time to make the bed and get this body up and going...have a great one...
