todays plan...water water water...goooooooood morning...wakin up to 45 this morning..but just finished breakfast and getting ready to head out an do a morning walk...ate like i hadnt eatin in a week yesterday...just couldnt seem to stay full, but no weight gain this morning...so guess i needed the food...alot of errands to get done today ...so will be just another busy day...well..need to get this body up an movin..had clock set for 4am..so i could be out an walkin at 430...but that just didnt happen...so now im up an ready to rock an step....have a great one..
