Lessons learned

--I tend to self-sabotage, as soon as I make progress
--I tend to seek food for all highs and lows in life
--I have an addictive personality
--I like how I feel after a workout, and during periods I'm working out in,
--It's always a struggle and resistance going back to the gym after a hiatus
--I tend to do all-or-none. When I'm working out and dieting, it's hard and full on...when I'm off, it's completely off, and come pizza, chips, chinese, cigarettes, no water, no work out, oversleeping, feeling horrible, self-flaggelation etc.
--Low carbing works for quick results; but perhaps it won't after a while of yo-yoing
--Running is hard, but I see instant results
--Cooking at home and packing my lunch and planning meals is a lifesaver
--Vending machines are the evil way I creep back into bad habits

New Plan : 10/19/10
NEW GOAL: 125 lbs (about 18 pds) by Dec 25th
1)Net carbs 20 carbs or less, salads, stir fry, veggies, soy milk, protein shake
2) vitamins and supplements
3) lots of water
4) atleast 30 mins of hard cardio DAILY
5) Quit smoking PERMANENTLY!! This is my last pack!!
6) When confused or stressed, find something (TBD) other than food, to relax and center myself
