DO N OK's Journal, 08 June 2020

Wow, still staying at same weight, I have been DO N IF and OMAD lately.I think this is OK, as I have not been able to participate in any physical activity for weeks due to medical conditions, Looking to going back to gym,finally open maybe next week 16th and pickleball maybe also next week, I actually left the house yesterday for a short walk, as I did not have to do the short shuffle, still ouchy, but it will take time, My 7 year Anniversary is today, but we are not planning going anywhere, My wife is a nurse and she is working today and told me she had new patients and would not be home early,so another late night for her,After all is going on we will get away hopefully July !!! And me and We are DO N OK and hope you are to !!!
