GOOOOOOOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!...day 485...and its about 40 outside this mornin...already got my layers on to go walking...lol...an pulled out a thicker insulated jacket to wear...im ready to get into my walkin routine for the winter thats comin...i was reading a few days ago about lifting 2x per day..that it would build muscle faster, so tuesday i tried it...lifted dumbbells in the morning doing several exercises, then in the afternoon i added 2-4 pounds extra on, and did same exercises...took yesterday off from it to give body time to heal...i was just a little sore in upper arms, not that bad but enough to tell i had used different muscles...today i will do another workout but with barbell bar today, then tomow i will take another day off...this way i can lift weights an still give my body time to heal...and i can do a workout everyother day...and il be buildin muscle to replace the flab...since ive started lifting the weigths again this time, im more focused and i look forward to my workouts more...its like i cant wait till i can go an do them...dont kno if its cause its here at the house, and convient, or why i look forward to it now, but if i could id be lifting everyday, but i kno thats not good for my body, and i could injure myslf by not allowing my body time to heal...and thats the last thing i want to do...im not good at takin time off to heal...also been thinkin about electic heater for keepin me warm in the shop when i workout in it, just a little portable heater...but not sure i will really need it...yes it does get cold out ther, but im thinkin if i go out there when i get right home from walkin, an start doing my exercises, my heart rate will still be going 90 miles an hour...lol..and i wont notice the cold as bad...and as long as i keep focused an just go ther to lift, i can do my workout in 30-45 min an be done ...guess i will just have to play it by ear an see how it goes...well hope your all doing great!!!! ....and if you mess up...dont sweat it...get back on track soon as you can...you can do this!!!!!....the only thing stoppin you from achieving what you want to accomplish is YOU!!!!!.... its that simple...set your mind to what you want to accomplish and its all possible....HAVE A GREATTTTTT DAY!!!!!

got my 54 min morning walk over with and just finished my morning weight routine...gonna do an afternoon weight routine later...and melody...if you catch me thats ok...long as we all get the weight off and create healthy habits again...thats all that matters...

thanks everyone...all that motivation that i had this morning where i just couldnt wait to walk an do my weight routine has somehow left an now im wishin it was over with for the day...so nice outside..would be a great day to just sit in the sun an soak it up...might soak up some sun an then do a afternoon workout...lol...

I like the heater idea myself; i'm thinking that the muscles would respond better if they were warm, rather than if they were preoccupied with responding to being cold. Anyway, I just had to see how your graph was coming along, and it looks wonderful buddy!

Yes! We have a space heater in our garage next to my husband's Bow Flex and weight benches. Those things really put out some heat and help a lot. Keep up the great spirits! I love looking at your cheerful greetings! Bundle up - Kiddo!
