Ended the water fast. 141 hours completed or 5.85 days. My body said no mas and I listened. i wasn't hungry. i just felt terrible. headache, depressed, lethargic. I felt like I was high on meth the first few days. that last day was hell. i couldnt even make to my 830pm eating window. it was a great experience. i learned how to tell myself no. broke the fast with coconut oil, bone broth, chicken broth, and bullion cubes. had a few pieces of chicken from my soup. it was so damn good. still going to implement intermittent fasting. i just want to get my stomach right. i haven't experienced anything intestinal distress. happy camper. the sligh weight gain is from the 4500mh of sodium i consumed. note to self, be easy on the bullion cubes!!!😂😂😂
