Well, I fell off the wagon. Went on my honeymoon and the wedding is over...so is the presure to loose the weight. Now this is all me, I need to do something about my health now. Its not just the weight, its my health. I was on a treadmill yesterday next to a gentlemen 40 years my senior. I was "walking" at 3.3 with a HR of 135-140. He was briskly walking at 3.7, much faster than I was and he was keeping a constant 128 HR, that pathetic. A man with his foot in the grave compared to me and with eaily as much weight as I was in incredible shape...compared to me. That inspired me, I'm going to die by 40 if I don't kick this now.
Here is my promise....
40lbs in 9mo. Thats 20lbs in the first two. 10 in the next two and 10 in the last five. I can do this!!!!
