Today was Plyometrics. I did-for the first time-the rock star jumps and all of the hopping, even though my calves were burning! I was always afraid to jump up and tuck my knees: as if I would just fall to the floor on my knees or something like that! Anyway, I realized that this was my last time to do Plyo for awhile since I have only one week left after this,and I wanted to really "bring it". It showed me that I had been holding back maybe. I'm going to try to really bring it every time, now.
