I actually had the same problem with Atkins diet. I would just start again using the calorie count method. Recalculate your RDI using the my diet option, and make sure your intake is above 1200 cals/day. Also add daily exercise of some kind. I found if I only ate carbs from fruit vegetables and dairy, and stayed within my RDI, I did fine. No special foods, no extreme eliminations - just healthy eating.
