I gained 14lbs since June..I did so good my first two weeks when I started this diet back in June..I wanted to lose weight for ny son's graduation which I did but then I stopped doing the diet and now I am starting all over again. I don't even have all things necessary to start a diet but if I keep using that as the excuse I will never start. So today I did my best with what I had in my house.

I actually had the same problem with Atkins diet. I would just start again using the calorie count method. Recalculate your RDI using the my diet option, and make sure your intake is above 1200 cals/day. Also add daily exercise of some kind. I found if I only ate carbs from fruit vegetables and dairy, and stayed within my RDI, I did fine. No special foods, no extreme eliminations - just healthy eating.
