I am so demotivated at the moment! I did not lose what I wanted to the past 4 weeks ... it is going so slow!!

Lucky I have been through this before so my mind is telling me to just keep going ... do what you do ... even if you lose nothing in a week ... just keep going!!

I remember the reward when you reach your goal ... but ... the sacrafices are also big! This is not easy. I forgot how difficult it is!

JUST KEEP GOING!

a friend told me to set smaller goals for every week instead of seeing to big amount at the end. Also, a healthy weight amount to lose per week is 0.5g

i also have the same struggle last few weeks... been doing amazing before that..... but now i just keep reminding myself how it felt to keep going and dont give up ... the reward is priceless... but the struggle remains real....

you have already achieved so much. give yourself some love for where you have come. sometimes, just being in the moment is enough to remind you why you started in the first place. look back on old photos and perhaps do a progress comparison. I find that sometimes helps to reignite the initial motivation. and also remember that maintenance is part of the process too ♥️🥊 these are shitty times to be living in, so with everything going on in the world - don't be too hard on yourself...
