It might be raining this morning but autumn is still beautiful. Swimming again this morning, hopefully I'll manage 5 days in a row this week. The drive in was beautiful, the rain drops on the leaves were catching the light and shimmering before they plopped onto the ground and the grass was shimmering as the sun came up. Just a pity it hadn't stopped by the time I came out of the hairdressers and my new 'coif' is a bit damp.

Eating is still going well although loss is now very slow but at least its going down so I've still got a smile on my face. 6 more pounds and I hit 90 pounds lost.
