Feeling a little unsteady (not physically, don't worry!).
And a little bit off my game. Inner turbulence, outer stresses..and today, even the weather is unforgiving! Rain's beating down incessantly, crashing furiously against my windows..the otherwise melancholgy quiet and calm broken only by the crashing noise of the rain! Not a great mood-uplifter!

Three days of no working out either. Food's been ok, but a little bit of the previous unprepared-habits have peeked in, e.g., not drinking enough water through the day and eating snacks late night. Not too bad, but I really have to made a conscious effort to get back 100%.

I have a new goal to meet by the end of October (and then two more for the next two months). So, here's me, trying to focus my eye on the bullseye, poised to shoot...gotta tune out the distractions, and be ready to aim and fire.

Here're my meals for the day:
Breakfast: Fiber one cereal (2) and yoplait yougurt (2)
snack: almonds (5)
dinner: 1 veggie patty (2), brocolli (0), meatless chicken stir fry (3)

Hey, at least you're conscious about what's happening. That's a good thing. You can rein it back in. Set a exercise goal for tomorrow or even pencil it into your schedule now that it's busy. Don't let the rain affect your mood! It's only water! ;) ((HUGS)). I gotta go to bed, it's late!

I'll bet the mood has a lot to do with not getting your exercise! Your body misses all that sweating! :) And the universe misses you sweating, too, and that's why it's raining - to remind you! :) Quick! Do some running or we'll have to build an ark!

It's so hard to stay on the straight and narrow. And lousy weather doesn't help! But you've done great pulling yourself back in line in the past so I know you will do it again. You can do it!

You're doing great...it's ok, for a short time, to 'not be on track'...we all do it and you can get back at it. The weather does dictate my mood sometimes too...well, by now I HOPE it's stopped raining :o)!! Take care...it'll all fall back into place. Hugs to ya!
