day 480....GOOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!!!...been wakin up later an later each morning...and naturally thats affecting my exercise routine, by pushin it bck...not a good thing...gonna have to work on that..an get bck into that regular routine once again...still been gettin my exercise done, but its been later in the day...would rather do it in the first few hours i wake up an have it over with for the day...so gonna have to work on that...i found this site last night... fit zone ....it shows the human body and also the muscles, you clik on the muscle and it tells you the exercise to do to work that part of your body... not sure whats planned for today, besides my exercise...kinda took the day off yesterday from walkin and might take this morning off from walkin again, and just do the crunches an pushups, then go out an do the weights just to warm up some..monday i start on a regular routine with them an im ready to start...got my notebook out so i can keep track of my weights that i add with each exercise...well need to eat an get this day started...catch you all later..have a GREAAAAATTTT DAY!!!!!
