Right, day 1 .
off to an ok start, protein shake wit a banana for brekkie.
going to try and come on here every day as it gets me in the zone (I hope).
I am hoping to get out for a run later, but mojo is grumpy, may have to force myself onto the treadmill if I cant get motivated. ooh yes I need a kick up the bum, such a lazy B.
Anyway onwards and upwards and back tomorrow (fingers crossed).
