yawnnnnnnn...rise an shine if you want other wise roll over an get alittle more sleep...lol...goood morning everyone...day 477...i think mabye tossin them wood chuncks might be gettin to me...when i layed down last night...i was out i think before my head hit the pillow...soon as i wake up im gonna go for my morning walk mabye that will wake me up some...lol...then my morning crunches, then...who knows..but im sure i will find some way to get a workout...i been thinkin really strongly about joining the gym again so i can get a better workout, i kno that im moving around alot thru the days, but just dont feel like im gettin the best workout i could... still thinkin about it...well hope everyone is doing great...like so many on here, its hard to find the time to comment on everyones journal day in an day out...and i feel bad about that...fs has grown so much since i first started...i do wish you all the best..and i kno from my own experience that anyone can get the weight off...with the patience and consistency you can do this...have a great day...keep that body movin !!!!!....

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

I think a gym is a great idea for someone that wants more variety. I have my memebership over at the Y... but I have yet to go over there to workout. I really like the big treadmills and other machines... but it's so much easier for me to hop on mine when I find the time. Plus, I keep my house phone, remotes, books, water, and sometimes the laptop on my treadmill, LOL. I am thinking of joining a spin class though... it looks like so much fun and being around other people in the class seems to be a lot of fun!!! Good luck in whatever you choose!!! I know you'll do fine. You're a fighter!!

Jeez - now you're journaling in your sleep! Please teach me how to do that! It might solve my lack-of-time issues on here! As always, your activity leve is impressive and inspiring!

lol...its quite easy..just prop one eye open to see wher you gotta type, then close your eyes...if your fingers know which keys they need to be on the keyboard, then its easier to keep them eyes shut...i was lucky enough i could remember which keys was the right ones as i took a typin class..lol...who would of thought it would come in handy years later...lol...
