RISE AN SHINE!!!!...GOOOOD MORNING EVERYONE!!!!!....DAY 476....feeling great today...was a busy day yesterday...kept busy all day and after supper last night friend called and went to his house..and we split 1 1/2 loads of wood, he has a gas powered wood spliter, he split and i loaded it in back of his pickup, then he drove it around to the drop off place an we both unloaded it...got a good sweat workin out last night as well with all kinds of turning this way an that..was hard to go to sleep last night, but when i did, i was out for the count...lol...figured i would be sore this morning, but it didnt even bother me...so gonna go for a morning walk again today, then do a weight routine, crunches, pushups, and then got errands to do...then later this afternoon do another weight routine just enough to warm my muscles up and get limbered up so that when he calls i will be ready for another great workout, im thinkin this week, i will hit my mini goal...lol...well...need to get breakfast over with so i can get my walk in...did like 9600 steps yesterday...my walk was 70 min long...and was so nice to get bck into that routine again...so hope your all doing ok...keep that body guessin!!!!!!

weighed in today, was curious...i hit my mini goal...an will reset it down another 10 pounds sometime today...just gonna do 10 pound mini goals, since the weight will be comin off slower as i get closer to my final goal ...

MY MINI GOALS TO FOCUS ON DAILY!!!!

1. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!!!!! I AM DOING THIS!!!! I AM FIRST!!!!!
2. VISUALIZE YOURSELF AT YOUR GOALS WEIGHT, IT WILL HELP YOU TO GET TO YOUR GOAL EASIER!!!!!
3. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!!!!!
4. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP !!!!!
5. GET BACK ON TRACK AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE !!!!
6. I ONLY EAT WHEN I AM HUNGRY !!!
7. WHEN I AM HUNGRY I EAT ONLY PROTEIN !!!
8. WATER!!! ....NEVER ENOUGH WATER THIS TIME OF YEAR !!!!!
9. WHEN I HAVE A LOSS, NO MORE PRAISING MYSLF WITH FOOD !!!
10. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY!!!
11. I PUSH MY WORKOUTS WHEN IM TIRED CAUSE IT BURNS MORE CALORIES, BUT NOT SO MUCH I HURT MYSELF !!!!!
12. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!

13. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY!!!!!!

Rise & Shine??? LOL, I'm only a few sips into my coffee and still yawning. You make me feel like going back to bed just by reading all you accomplished yesterday!! HA. Don't worry, I'm planning on another 5 miles (at least) today.... I'm looking forward to tomorrow, my "easy" day, lol.

i have a problm when i hit my mini goals i sometimes forget how to go bck in an reset my mini goals,...lol...its like i have a memory loss..on how to change it to a smaller number...lol...onward an downward...
