Sorry have not been here. Had to take my Mom to Georgia on Sat and drove back Sun..long weekend. Was not very good, but did my best. No really bad stuff, but I did have alot of bread and starchy things. But, according to the scale, just stayed the same, no loss but no gain, so don't feel so bad.
Stated with the new company that bought out the medical practice I work for yest, it was horrible. Nothing worked, but still had 168 pt's show up. Stressed out would be an understatement. Trying to take a deep breath and get back in the swing of things. Well Happy Tuesday
