Another pancake breakfast this morning - but didn't eat more than a few bites of it, was too busy having my photo taken with some very nice looking Firemen models from our local Fireman Calendar ;) Woot woot!

I am also officially "Pancaked out" for another year :)

I forgot my lunch at home, so grabbed a "Tonkinese" Noodle bowl from the local Japanese returaunt. Asked for extra veggies instead of noodles... by doing this, I just cut my meal down from 1000 calories to just under 300 ;)

Heading to the grounds tomorrow for the Stampede... only for a few hours. But decided I'm going to try ONE very sinful fair food that's new out there (thinking the chocolate covered bacon on a stick).

Since I worked overtime yesterday getting a new system set up at work, I get a part of tomorrow afternoon off - so figured I'd take advantage of it - as well as some money I received unexpectedly (not that much mind you, but enough to get me entrance into park, and buy a treat and wander around and soak in the sun, songs and cowboys).

I love pancakes, I probably couldn't have stopped at a few bites, I wouldn't have even noticed the firemen. Good for you on making that take out better for you! And, have fun at the Stampede! Pick out something really good!! One food shouldn't do too much damage. :)

Whats wrong with pancakes? I make mine with 1 banana & 1 egg. Delicious, healthy & super filling!! :) Enjoy your outing.
