171.5--stayed on plan--hoping it helps to come here and journal--planning on going to the lake and camping starting tomorrow--I hope I can stay on plan--not taking any junk so it should be ok--and I am hoping for a loss--should get some walking in too--wont be able to weigh in with the first weigh in with the challenge but they will understand-be back tomorrow--I know this week is water weight--wanting to be serious and get the weight off for real this time and keep it off-
