Day 2 of the challenge--and I am down another pound---172.5 today--headed to the goal of 148--I am ready to get back there to stay this time--hopefully coming in here will help me--I need to get this big apron OFF and get the surgery done before I get any OLDER--it wont get any easier--I know that--so--25 lbs--I need to get my butt in gear and get it done NOW--food is not in control--I AM
